Service Agreement
First Response Home Services provides home improvement and construction services including roofing, siding, gutters, pressure washing, and related exterior services throughout the metro Atlanta area. All work performed is subject to:
- A written estimate or proposal provided before work begins
- Customer approval of scope of work and pricing
- Compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Industry-standard workmanship and materials
Service Area
We serve homeowners throughout metro Atlanta including Marietta, Atlanta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Decatur, Kennesaw, Woodstock, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location.
Estimates & Pricing
Free Estimates
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all our services. Estimates are based on our assessment of the work required at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if:
- •Hidden damage is discovered during the project
- •Customer requests changes to the original scope of work
- •Site conditions differ from initial assessment
Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved by the customer before additional work is performed.

Our online roof estimate calculator provides approximate pricing based on user-provided information. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal quote. Actual pricing will be determined after an in-person inspection by our team.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. We accept:

- Check
- Major credit cards
- Financing options (subject to approval)
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.
Warranty & Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be outlined in your written agreement. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor.
Manufacturer Warranties
Materials used in your project may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We use quality products from trusted brands including Atlas, Owens Corning, and GAF for roofing materials. Manufacturer warranty terms and coverage are set by the respective manufacturers.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by:
- •Acts of nature (storms, hail, wind, falling trees, etc.)
- •Improper maintenance or neglect
- •Modifications made by others after installation
- •Normal wear and tear
Scheduling & Cancellation
Project schedules are subject to weather conditions and material availability. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible. In Georgia's climate, outdoor work may be postponed due to rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions to ensure quality results.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance when possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have already been ordered or delivered.
Limitation of Liability
First Response Home Services is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
