- Several years of roofing experience
- Valid driver’s license

- Be there when we say we’ll be. On time, and call ahead if anything changes.
- Photograph everything. Homeowners see what we see, before and after.
- Tell the truth. If a repair is enough, we say so.
- Leave it cleaner than we found it. Magnetic sweep, hauled debris, final walkthrough.
