Chase is exceptional! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He came out to inspect damage to my mom’s home after a large oak tree that fell on it during a recent storm. My mom used another company to place a tarp on the house and that was a mistake. They tried to charge her $1,600 (after she was quoted $500 on the phone) for an inadequate and rushed job (they spent about 40 minutes total to perform their inspection and place the tarp and were annoyed when I asked for them to get back on the roof to blow off some of the tree debris they were going to leave). Working with Chase is a breath of fresh air. He is very caring and genuinely wants to help people. He did not have to do this, but he took time out of his busy day to help us fix the tarp that was not put on right while he was on the roof inspecting all the damage. He also inspected the damage from inside the attic, something the other company that placed the tarp did not care to do. He spent almost 3 hours with us and really appreciated that he wants to help us navigate this difficult situation. He performed a very thorough inspection, took detailed photos of all the damage, clearly explained all his findings, and was very easy to communicate with. I am extremely grateful I found him. It is hard to find good people like Chase. I also love that Chase owns this local and independent business that is not affiliated with a greedy corporation. Chase came out to my home in Atlanta after a hail storm to assess if any damage had occurred and he was very helpful in helping me understand what the assessment entailed up front. Luckily there was no damage, but he showed me the pictures he had taken of my roof and gave me advice of things to look out for in the future should it happen again. Chase and his crew are amazing and thorough. Unbeknownst to myself, we had some holes left behind from a recent siding job from another company and Chase discovered them while doing an inspection. I had a leak in my home that needed a tarp. This is my second tarping, because the first person took my money and the leak never stopped which created a larger issue. Chase was referred to me and he came and did the job that the first company didn’t. I’m relieved to say it is no longer raining in my home. Chase and his crew did a great job with our gutters. We were only planning to have him come out for a gutter cleaning, but we ended up also having him take care of a few gutter installations we needed. Also the only one we contacted who came out to check the gutters in person vs just giving a quote using satellite imagery. Super responsive, thorough, reasonably priced compared with other quotes we received, friendly and very easy to work with. Will definitely use him again.

Chase with First Response was incredible from start to finish. He helped us identify pretty significant water damage due to improper flashing. He also helped us with power washing our house and driveway, replacing our old chimney cap, and repairing and replacing gutters. He’s friendly, professional, communicative and does really solid work. Chase was amazing start to finish. Very thorough, detailed and good at explaining everything. He's the real deal with insured work, side netting and takes photos with his drone throughout the day showing you get what you ordered with the new roof. His team did a great job and so glad he found us the new most sun reflective lightest color from Atlas Pinnacle Sun: "Cool Oyster." It even removes CO2 like planting trees and will keep our attic cooler, reducing our AC bill and is class 3 so we get insurance discounts and better protection from storms!

I think that the techs from First Response Home Services knew what to do and did their best work. I appreciate their help. They were very polite, focused, and did a good job. They also cleaned the windows & decks to remove any debris from the gutter cleaning, so I didn't have to worry about any clean up afterwards.

Chase and Nelson recently soft washed our screened porch and outside kitchen area as well as power washed our driveway . They did a fantastic job! Thoroughly explained each process and then got to work. No more yellow on the porch and I wish I had before and after pictures of the driveway. Wow, what a difference! We had First Response Home Services out earlier this year for a huge project. Chase and his team were incredible every step of the way. We used FRHS for gutter cleaning. The team did a great job at a fair price. Communication was good from the formal estimate to the timing of coming out (which was within a few days). Chase obviously knows his business. After cleaning, he showed me pictures of needed maintenance to the roof ridge with extra drone footage to show details. He explained exactly what was wrong and why I should address it without overselling. I will always use First Response for exterior cleaning and roofing needs as other companies I have used badgered me with phone calls and emails for months. Highly recommended.
