Information we collect
First Response Home Services (“FRHS,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information from visitors to our website and from our customers in the metro Atlanta area.
Information you provide. When you contact us, request an estimate or use our services, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, details about your project, any photos you upload and anything else you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect your browser type and device information, your IP address, the pages you visit and how long you stay, and the website that referred you.
What you type into our forms (your name, phone, email, the address of the home and what’s going on with it), plus the basics every website sees, like which pages you looked at.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule services, prepare estimates, communicate with you about your project, improve our website and services, and send occasional updates about our services. You may opt out of updates at any time.
To call you back, set up your visit, write your estimate and keep you posted on your project. If we ever send updates about our services, you can tell us “no thanks” any time.
How we share it
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only:
- with trusted contractors or suppliers who help us complete your project;
- with service providers that operate our website, forms and email on our behalf, and only so they can provide that service;
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others; or
- in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We never sell it. The only people who see it are the ones helping with your project, the tools that run our website and forms, and anyone the law requires us to tell.
