He's the real deal with insured work, side netting and takes photos with his drone throughout the day showing you get what you ordered with the new roof. His team did a great job and so glad he found us the new most sun reflective lightest color from Atlas Pinnacle Sun: "Cool Oyster." It even removes CO2 like planting trees and will keep our attic cooler, reducing our AC bill and is class 3 so we get insurance discounts and better protection from storms!

What warranty comes with a new roof?
Our roofing work is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty. Shingle manufacturers also provide their own product warranties, and we’ll explain what comes with the materials you choose.
Do I need to be home during a roof replacement?
No, though it helps to be reachable. It’s loud, so many people plan to be out. Please move cars out of the driveway and anything fragile off interior walls before we start.
What happens if you find rotten decking?
We’ll show you photos before replacing anything and explain the cost in your estimate, so there are no surprises on the final bill.
