Is the estimate really free?

Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation, whether you hire us or not.

Will you try to sell me a new roof?

If a repair takes care of it, we’ll say so. Plenty of our reviews mention exactly that.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

We document storm damage with dated photos and notes you can share with your insurance company. You file the claim and stay in charge of it.
