Chase came out to my home in Atlanta after a hail storm to assess if any damage had occurred and he was very helpful in helping me understand what the assessment entailed up front. Luckily there was no damage, but he showed me the pictures he had taken of my roof and gave me advice of things to look out for in the future should it happen again. I will definitely be reaching out to First Response in the future if needed. Thanks Chase!
Chase came to our house on a Saturday, to inspect our roof, and repair one of our gutter guards. He was kind & professional, and gave us a thorough explanation of his findings. He also provided us with names of other professionals, who we could consider, regarding home projects. Thank you, Chase!
